IGNITED POWER aims to support young people by developing their social, educational, and professional skills, while promoting an inclusive and accessible environment for all. The project will create innovative resources and tools for educators and youth workers, enabling them to guide young people in their personal and professional development.

Objectives:

• Develop a comprehensive educational package for youth workers, including interactive methods and digital tools to facilitate inclusive learning.
• Create a digital resource huban online platform where young people and trainers can access educational materials, best practice guides, and collaboration opportunities.
• Organise a training programme for at least 75 youth workers, to equip them with the necessary skills for working with diverse groups of young people.
• Empower 180 Youth through educational activities designed to enhance their confidence, communication skills, and active participation in society.
• Develop recommendations and good practice policities to improve educational strategies at both local and international levels.
