EARTHE Project aims to enhance the adaptability, retention to the workplace & career reorientation of adults by overcoming skills mismatch by developing and providing innovative media-rich learning resources & tools for soft skills improvement & digital readiness<\/p>

O1.<\/strong> Empower coaches form partner institutions with innovative curricula and methodologies to effectively support adult learners in enhancing their soft skills, directly impacting their adaptability, retention & adaptability in the workplace<\/p>

O2.<\/strong> Facilitate personal awareness of soft skills gaps & strengths to directly guide individuals in their personal and professional development journeys in order to overcome skills mismatch<\/p>

O3.<\/strong> Empower adult learners with tailored skills of the future to actively respond to the nowadays labour market needs & facilitate their career development, job satisfaction & efficiency<\/p>

O4.<\/strong> Increase the degree of awareness and application of soft skills in professional life, by facilitating the knowledge of the work environment and the way to adapt to it<\/p>
